Biography

Clay didn't have any symptoms that we knew of. We just assumed his shortness of breath was caused by asthma. On Wednesday February 16th, 2011 Clay was rushed to the emergency room in Lakeview, Oregon were he is living. While treating him the doctors ran blood tests and found out that Clay had a white blood cell count of 239,000 (with 89,000 being the amount he should have). He was immediately air lifted to the Seattle Childrens Hospital E.R. where from there he was admitted to the hospital. He had to get moved to an isolation room for a minor cold he had. He has only recieved his first dose of chemo therapy today, 2/19/2011. His journey is just about to begin and could use all the support he can get. Thank you for taking the time to listen to Clays story.
